In 1997, Nick Balagiannis incorporated Reserve Hotels Pty Ltd with the purchase of his first hotel. Over the years Nick has expanded his interests in the hotel industry and now owns and operates 12 hotels in New South Wales and South Australia

Responsible Service of Alcohol House Policy:

Reserve Hotel Group has a policy to serve Customers in a responsible, friendly and professional manner and in doing so, enforce the strategies of Responsible Service of Alcohol by:

  • Implementing, monitoring and modifying on an ongoing basis, each individual hotel’s policies and procedures.
  • Preventing under-age drinking by insisting on valid identification.
  • Preventing intoxication, by recognising the signs of intoxication and avoiding serving anyone to the point of intoxication.
  • Denying entry to persons already intoxicated.
  • Managing intoxicated, anti-social or disruptive patrons through better communication and polite means.
  • Supporting safe transport options.
  • Abiding by various Government Acts, which control the sale and service of Alcohol.
